Returns
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 1–3 days of receiving your order. To process a return, the item must be:
Unused and in its original condition
Returned in the original packaging
Reported to us within the specified time frame

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued in cash through a mutually agreed method. This may take a few working days, depending on your location and arrangement.
